The first activity of the project was to make needs assessment in order to understand our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats; thus having a roadmap to see where we are and where to go. In August 2015, a consultancy firm conducted a research using both qualitative and quantitative methods on our 42 companies. Thanks to this research, our group developed a clear vision on which markets to focus and what tools are necessary to increase our competitiveness.
